In celebration of S-CHIP, smokers who have been singled out against our will, to support America’s children’s healthcare, when their own parents wouldn’t . To celebrate the most ill conceived and unfair tax ever presented in my lifetime. To celebrate the largest single tax on one product in the history of the United States (on some of it’s most impoverished citizens no less), I propose April 1, aka April Fools Day, to be a day of remembrance and support for smokers; National Smoking Day, aka The Big Smoke-In II. If you’ve ever smoked or are even just curious, join us in support of our Nation’s middle to well-to-doer’s children and pick up a pack of coffin nails at your nearest convenience store. If you’ve never smoked, slum with us for a day and help the children of those who make more than you do. Not only will we be helping the upper middle class afford the more important things in life, you can join us in feeling the separatism and bigotry aimed against us in everyday life. You never know, you might even pick up the habit yourself and support everyone else’s children for the years you have left before these things kill you.
